Most new mothers know that postoperative recovery is also important for their health. Women can start yoga after 6 to 8 weeks of having the their child.   • Tadasana or mountain pose is great for any body. You can try this even when you are around your body to improve its control of the body, gain strength and tone muscles and improve blood flow and posture.
