- Stillbirth :. This refers to pregnancy loss around the 20th week. Although there are no conclusive reports on the links between endometriosis and stillbirths, but some studies have established the connection between the two. However, the cause is unknown in most cases
- Miscarriage :. Some studies have established link between miscarriage and endometriosis. However, there are no conclusive reports on this

Although there seems to be some effects of endometriosis with pregnancy, there has not been enough studies to date. Pregnancy certainly can not cure the problem.
