Today, pregnant women are treated like a fragile piece of porcelain. But are women really so vulnerable pregnant?

Kickboxing is a high-intensity exercise. And when you are pregnant and have already run out of power, it can drain off. That's why it is important to practice this exercise in moderation when you are pregnant.

If you are overweight, kickboxing can be a great tool for losing a bit 'flab. But when you are pregnant, you need to gain weight, not lose it (2)! So if you are going forward with kickboxing during pregnancy, make sure your diet is sufficient to compensate for the calories lost
